How about a friendly Sri Lankan Ayubowan with hands together, close to chest and pointing up. There’s plenty of options! You could “Air hug”, make “finger hearts”. Oooor… If you really want to have fun. Try the Tibetan Tongue Greeting. Stick your tongue out at someone and explain that you were simply saying hello… Hello! ?
